The terms ’Bio“ or ’Eco“ or organic must these days be understood to refer to many different things; often even for things that have absolutely nothing to do with this. Bio is something holy, namely life. Associations such as Demeter, Bioland and others, together with individual producers have, in some cases for decades, already been carrying out controlled biological production and cultivation for none-commercial reasons, with a great sense of responsibility and great personal involvement. Prepared to accept significantly lower profits, they deliberately forego the use of artificial fertilizers, other unnatural additives and all forms of artificial sprays in order to be able to offer us absolutely natural foodstuffs. By means of their very purpose, it is the very nature of pest-control agents to endanger life by destroying the natural interaction of organisms in the environment. They therefore logically also have their effect on the microflora of the human body, to a certain degree as a side-effect. It is the aim of bio-producers to protect us from these consequences.

How seriously the people of Demeter, Bioland and other -controlled ecologicalö or organic producers take their self-sacrificing work in the service of mankind can best be understood when buying directly from the farm or from a small bio shop, and talking personally to the producers or shopkeepers themselves. As a consumer with experience of life, one will soon automatically come to the conclusion, after sufficient critical consideration, as to what ’bio“ or organic is, and what is incorrectly called ’bio“ or organic without really being such.

In every cell of living organisms, there are energy-transfer processes underway that are linked to the functions of life. If a cell dies, it can no longer take part in the dynamic processes of life. Its activities are brought to a stop, the previous forms of energy within the cell and all the information contained in it are wiped out: the light literally goes off in the cell.

The slogan -Meat is a piece of living energyö certainly helps to sell products. After the genetic death of the animal however, it becomes worthless from a bio-energetic point of view, although the minerals, trace elements and the animal protein contained in it still have some residual value for us. This applies equally to fish, shellfish and crustaceans and all products manufactured from living things, like sausage for example.

The energies present in the living cell have a direct relationship with the processes of life: these are particles of light energy, which in physics are referred to as bio photons. While vitamins, minerals and trace elements provide the living organism with biochemically relevant information by means of their own vibration spectrum at the material level, bio photons provide an elevated level of biological value on the higher plane of life itself.

In each of our body cells, only one millionth of a cubic millimetre in size, is a tiny but complete DNA-molecule, which if fully unwound would be two metres in length, to which are attached ten billion basal pairs. For the whole human body, this would produce a chain with a length of 10 to the power of 10 = 10 billion kilometres, or in other words about the diameter of our solar system. This enormous molecular complexity, with a density of information billions of times greater than is technically possible today, leads to a condensation of known phenomena. The photons, ultra low energy particles of light, are here frozen as if in a deep freezer. Here they take on a completely new state unknown to technology, in which the light is, so to speak, placed into cold storage.

Every living substance, every organic cell of humans, animals and plants radiates this extremely weak, laser type and therefore regular light. Like laser radiation, it is ideal for the transmission of signals. Bio photons transmit life-controlling information over a huge range of spectra both within the cells and between the cells and the brain. Large areas of cell control can be accurately observed by means of these laser-coded bio photons, be it cell division itself, the division of gene halves or even the complete communication of the cells between one another. Even the definition that and where individual cells have died off and must be reproduced requires light speed signal transmission via the chemical DNAmolecules in complex interaction with nerves and both conscious and unconscious processing of data in the brain, so that the cells can be reproduced quickly enough via the DNA control.

According to our scientific findings to date, our DNA is supposed to be 98% inactive. Looked at from this point of view, 98% of it must therefore be superfluous. On the other hand, experience teaches us that nature never goes in for any superfluous effort. According to our previous assessments, our individual body cells appear to communicate reciprocally with one another by means of electromagnetic fields, and possibly other types of fields completely unknown to us, as postulated by Rupert Sheldrake. From this aspect, we can again understand this billion times higher density of information in comparison to the technical systems currently able to be created by man.

When a plant, an animal or a human being dies, the photon storage of the cells increasingly loses its integrity, with the result that the laser impulses become weaker and weaker, and gradually disappear from the cell as light signals. This does not happen immediately, and the cells still maintain their function for a while, even if the organism seems to be dead. It is however only really and completely dead when no more photon radiation or laser impulses can be detected.

But however it is done, since energy is not created from nothing, and the information content of our cells diminishes a little from day to day, this bio-energy, together with biologically valuable natural information, must be replenished again and again from plants grown without the aid of chemicals, fully ripened under natural sunlight and freshly harvested, since such plants carry a particularly large number of such bio photons. We must however take in with what we eat and drink not only light, but according to Erwin Schro dinger, one of the greatest physicists of the 20th Century, also ordering structures. In other words, we must take in both light and order.

After 12 years of research work, the Japanese doctor Masaru Emoto succeeded in making such ordering structures in water visible and photographing them. His fantastic series of images -The message from water- is available for EURO 40.85. Volume two for the same price.

The content of light and the ordering structures in our foodstuffs, in other words the bio-energy value, which also depends crucially on the freshness of the food, can be physically measured by the bio photon measuring method developed by Professor Dr. rer. nat. Fritz-Albert Popp. (-Die Botschaft der Nahrungö , F.-A. Popp, Verlag Zweitau-sendeins, D-60381 Frankfurt/M, ISBN 3-86150-319-0. This has shown that the time during which a foodstuff loses half of its bio-energy, or number of bio photons, a sort of biological half-life, varies greatly between different foodstuffs. For cereals, the biological residual energy remaining 1 year after harvesting is still 50%, after 2 years 25% and so on, while in the case of berries and broadleafed vegetables this is only 1 to 2 days. There is as yet no process for slowing down this loss of biological value from the time of harvesting. It is thus pure nonsense to harvest fruit and vegetables while they are still unripe, merely in order to be able to transport them over the longest possible distance and store them for extended periods. This simply puts the harvesting time before the period of bio-energetic maturity. If these products are then stored for a long time in refrigerated warehouses, this only leads to further bio-energy losses. What are such products then worth from a bio-energy point of view, however crisp and fresh they may look?

To this must be added the fact that even if there are vital materials remaining in such products, many methods of foodstuff conservation further accelerate the loss of vital energy. This occurs to a drastic degree in foodstuffs irradiation centres, of which there are 40 such businesses in the area of the Dutch-Belgian border alone. Here all fruit and vegetables intended for export are irradiated with gamma waves at ten times the dose fatal to human beings, allegedly in order to kill off insects and other pests. This causes the genetic cell death of the fruit. The life-promoting information from such fruit and vegetables, together with the vital energygiving bio photons are completely gone by the time it arrives, bioenergetically absolutely dead, in Germany. A large number of other countries have also introduced this practice of irradiating foodstuffs, and although the products offered to the consumer may still look reasonably acceptable, they are still totally dead from a biological point of view. This practice is still prohibited in Germany.

This has nothing to do with the presence of vital materials that might still show up under chemical analysis. I would like to make this clear by means of an example. Take three bags full of grain: bombard the contents of the first bag with the abovementioned level of gamma radiation, and heat the contents of the second bag briefly in a micro-wave oven. Then give a few grains from each bag to a chemist for analysis. He will not be able to establish any difference at all in the chemical composition of the three samples. Should this be taken to mean that the grains from all three bags are the same, i.e. having equal bio-energy and thus biological value? The water test reveals the truth. Place the grain from all three bags in water,

naturally in separate containers. After about a day, you will be able to see how the untreated grains begin to germinate, while the grain from the other two bags will not. They are bio-energetically dead and thus removed forever from the dynamic processes of life. Chemically they are all the same, the only difference is life.

This clearly shows that classification of foodstuffs purely on the basis of their chemical content fails to recognise the essential. In past times it was part of the general instinctive knowledge of housewives and mothers that every bio-energetically living foodstuff in our bodies finds its way to the right organ, because of the specific range of its energy vibration, and thus provides our bodies with the best bio-energy nutrition. This of course only works as long as the bio-energy information and ordering structures are present in an unchanged form. If however the appearance, the behaviour and the properties, and thus the energy vibration spectrum of plants are changed genetically, it is completely uncertain whether these new information structures will fulfil their evolutionary function in our bodies, and whether our bodies will be able to do anything with this new and completely strange information. What fatal effects something like this can have can possibly be seen from a parallel example, in that our bodies are not capable of recognising the danger presented by radioactively contaminated foodstuffs, and will thus, because of the similar chemical structure, absorb strontium 90 into the bones instead of calcium, and with equally devastating consequences for health even prefers caesium 137 to potassium.

As we have seen, vital materials like vitamins, minerals and trace elements are essential in our food. Their value is just as important as that of the chemical contents. While minerals and trace elements are largely preserved in many food processing procedures, our foodstuffs thereby often lose a considerable proportion of their vitamins.

At a much higher level of value than even these vital materials are the vital energies, the bio photons, which have a direct relationship with life itself. They are the bearers of life. Bio photons, ultra low energy particles of light, are present in our food as long as the food still contains traces of life. After this point, when life has completely disappeared from the food, no more bio photons can be detected.

When we buy fresh vegetables during the dark period of the year from November to April, these are normally greenhouse products, since nothing can grow outside in the fields, even if this is fruit or vegetables from neighbouring countries where seasonal conditions are not much better than here in Germany. In other words, greenhouse products are nowhere near as good in a bio-energy sense as other agricultural products that have been able to fill up with natural summer sunlight, because the -light energy particlesö contained in foodstuffs are nothing more or less than stored sunlight.

The vital energy content of a foodstuff has a direct effect on the vibration frequency that it sends out. A cauliflower from a greenhouse, where it grows without natural sunlight under extended lighting to force plant growth, thus vibrates at a frequency of from 93 Hertz to a maximum of 97 Hertz. Using the same cultivation methods, but fully ripened in the summer, in fields bathed in natural sunlight, a cauliflower properly vibrates at a frequency of 555 Hertz. The vital energy it contains, its content of bio photons, is thus correspondingly higher.

Numerous measurements of foodstuffs from greenhouses and comparable products grown to full ripeness and maturity under natural sunlight have shown that greenhouse foodstuffs can fully compensate for the lack of sunlight, and are thus just as good from a bio-energy and nutritional quality point of view as fully ripe products grown in the open, if the greenhouse products are placed for a good hour in Aqua Lyros water. This effect was demonstrated even when the greenhouse products were placed in a bowl, and the bowl was then placed in a water bath of Aqua Lyros water for a good hour, so that the greenhouse vegetables did not even get wet, but only came into contact with the Aqua Lyros water by the transmission of the frequency through the bowl. The material of the bowl was completely irrelevant; whether of glass, earthenware, porcelain, metal or plastic, the results were in all cases equally convincing.

The benefits of Aqua Lyros water can however be exploited not only during the above mentioned dark times of the year, but also at the other times of the year for fruit and vegetables grown in the open, especially since a considerable reduction in bio-energy value often takes place between the harvesting and consumption of the product, due to purchasing habits and the intermediate cold storage of the product.

Aqua Lyros water cannot bring back to life foodstuffs and beverages that can no longer take part in the dynamic processes of life, by reason of their genetic death. It can however raise them to a much higher energetic level, thereby substantially increasing their digestibility and the vital energy derived when we consume them. To do this, it is sufficient to place the food or beverages in Aqua Lyros water for about a quarter of an hour, even in containers or in their original waterproof sales packaging.
